You can request a merge in limited cases (see Wikipedia:Username policy § Deleting and merging accounts), but it would be advisable to make an account anyway, as having a public IP address is a slight danger on the internet. If you want, you could add a link to your old contributions to your new User page if you make one. If you want to go ahead and make an account, you can message me to get some help once you're done!
