You can't edit other's comments on talkpages. I have reverted your edits.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 17:16, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Those are my comments, Galileo.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1:C6E1:BDC1:A87F:C0E0:E4D:CAC (talkcontribs)
Sorry, since you aren't logged into your (old?) account, we have no way to confirm they're yours. —C.Fred (talk) 18:14, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Who cares anyway, you know what, do you. Each violation is punishable by $200 - $150,000 and i know my work can be found on 250 pages or more. Do you, i was being nice. Lets see who's bluffing.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1:C6E1:BDC1:A87F:C0E0:E4D:CAC (talkcontribs)

Wikipedia:No legal threats-time to report you.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 18:21, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Besides, when you commented on the talk pages, you released the material under a free license. So it's not a copyright violation; you can't revoke the license you gave when you commented on the talk page. —C.Fred (talk) 18:22, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Who is threatening? Better correct your terminology since you want to tell me what to do. The material is most certainly copyright and no legal agreement was made electronically or otherwise to release rights to intellectual property.

You have been asked politely to remove material that does not belong to you. How you perceive this as a threat is beyond me, i dont have a pea sized brain so i cant comprehend the logic, but im sure it makes perfectnsense to you. If you are referring to my protecting my intellectual property, would you not do the same? Then yes, i am certainly going to protect myself. Still not a threat, what is it like being so smart? Does it hurt?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1:C6E1:BDC1:A87F:C0E0:E4D:CAC (talkcontribs)

You explained this edit as "those are my comments stupid ass". If we take you at your word, then you're the IP who made the comment that you removed—and as the text below the edit window says, "you irrevocably agree to release your contribution under the CC BY-SA 3.0 License and the GFDL". —C.Fred (talk) 18:37, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
That said, when you mentioned a violation punishable by a fine and said "[I] am certainly going to protect myself", that is an implied threat of legal action. Do you withdraw the threat, or shall I take the recommended adminstrative action per

Do whatever you want, you obviously are not going to remove the copyrighted material and im not about to revert and edit war or whatever, that sounds stupid. Im not going to do anything, we clearly can not come to a resolution that is in my favor, so whats the point? If i get banned i couldnt get my info off anyway, if i dont get banned i cant get my info off. You just arent going to give credit where credit is due and because of that i want my info off. I cant do anything about it. Im definitely not going to sue you or any other editor. Do what you want, I cant tell you what to do, I can only call it like I see it and its messed up, its really messed up. But feel good about yourself knowing au t ors are being robbed and not credited for thier research.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1:C6E1:BDC1:A87F:C0E0:E4D:CAC (talkcontribs)

As an IP, you have no way of proving you are the author of anything. No one is being robbed, and Wikipedia policy is here to protect actual copyright holders.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 18:53, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you have to say it like that? "Actual" ? My name is david herpin i have 72 books published on cocktails and cocktail history and am working on my 73. Im legit. I do own the rights to the books. And i am a sock puppet of drinkreader and the mastermixologist and any other ip that spouts factual information

Name one -- Doctorx0079 (talk) 19:26, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sock puppet or book?

I have a sock puppet on the bloody mary page from years ago. Im not trying to evade a block or a ban, in on a phone. It has been two years since the ban and im not disruptive editing or attacking editors.

If youre asking about the books, medicinal mixology, encyclopedia Bartendica, seasonal drinks, 1st generation drinks, 2nd generation drinks, etc....... type david herpin into books.

If you are David Herpin try creating an account with that name. When editing articles please include a reference to a book instead of "because I say so". -- Doctorx0079 (talk) 19:37, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You arent allowed to reference your own work, im not going to pay anyone to do it either, nor am i going to lie about who i am and act like im someone else like david wondrich does. Talking about myself like "the worlds premiere cocktail historian" lol but you guys let him do it all day. I see. Its cool. I get it, it applies to only who you want it to apply to.

You're not listening, "Galileo". Three editors are telling you how it's done and not done. No one is making up arbitrary rules here. You're clearly
WP:NOTHERE to build an encyclopedia. PS-Real authors are aware of spelling, punctuation and capitalization rules.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 19:47, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply

As a general rule -- Doctorx0079 (talk) 19:55, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

After looking at User talk:Drinkreader I agree that this account may be a sockpuppet of Drinkreader. -- Doctorx0079 (talk) 19:56, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Definitely the same user.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 20:02, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You should be a detective, Madame cleo.

Stfu fred c. Ive already proven about 20 times over your blocks are useless. Arent i indef right now? So what power do you have again? Thats right none. Zero. You call no shots here homeboy. I run this shit amd if i decidebto be disrruptive there isnt a mother fucking thing you can do about it.

Or if i decide to he a useful contributor, you just remove my references, accuse me of not being an author, (your personal opinion doesnt chnage fact)

So seriously, eat a dick, that was directed towards your comments not you. Ban me, ill write on your page 5 tines today if i want, waste your time. I have 4 pcs and endless ips, waste your time.

Are you indef right now? Which account are you suggesting was indef'ed? Either way, ban discussion is under way at

I cant prove im anyone but the person typing from the ip. Those were your words, infact. Now youre trying to ban me? /cmd (reason)? I have yet to make an edit and if you look at my most recents edits they are constructive edits on talk pages. Bannable? I wasny even being bold.

Please stop your disruptive behaviour. It appears you are purposefully harassing another editor. Wikipedia aims to provide a safe environment for its collaborators, and harassing other users, as you did on User_talk:LakesideMiners, potentially compromises that safe environment. If you continue behaving like this, you may be blocked from editing. Lakeside Out!-LakesideMinersClick Here To Talk To Me! 15:13, 2 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
