Manager/Head coach for Philippine clubs

Hi I noticed that you have changed instances of "head coach" to "manager" in Philippine club articles. I feel the need to let you know about

reliable sources in the Philippines, has preferred the usage of "head coach" or "coach" over manager. To give you more context: probably also because our national team's manager is usually referred to as the head coach and not as the manager.
