If it was random then it can just end up as multiples of 4 and there must be an algorithm that makes it look random so really think that there is a way of choosing it maybe just like the IP addresses of people using the internet their not just random numbers there is an algorithm.Omivrex (talk) 22:38, 7 May 2019 (UTC)
