Rather than prepare lists of what you can do to improve the draft article, I simply edited the draft on your sandbox page to show you what I would do to get something like this to the status of start class article. Feel free to keep my changes, keep some of my changes, or revert everything. It's up to you. I will not be offended if you edit it substantially. There is no magic to any of it, and others might have made different changes. I imagine that you will want to make more edits to the article, but once you are ready to nominate it for review at Articles for Creation, add the code {{subst:submit}} to the top of the sandbox page.
