Request reason:

Hello, I do not think I should be blocked. I posted the official biography of a person hold public office as Governor of the Central Bank of Kuwait. I based the article on the authorized biography on the website but also supplanted it with many (over a dozen) references.

I was in the process of editing the article as an essay and hit the publish button but discovered that the page was already deleted and I was blocked.

I hope you can consider.
