Hi

Hi Agada, your advise is required on the airport issue. Ashot and Vidovler are unwilling to discuss the issue and call to "ignore Neftchi". We're still stuck on the PACE document, please see here.

Your request for AWB

Hello AgadaUrbanit. I noticed your request for AWB. Though it is not strictly necessary, it would help your case if you are willing to register an email address in your user preferences, so that people can contact you. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 17:20, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for looking into my request Ed. I have confirmed the email address in my user preferences, email user link seems to work now for my account. AgadaUrbanit (talk) 17:53, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

Topic-banned for 6 months

Further to this request for enforcement, you are prohibited from editing any page that relates to the Arab-Israeli conflict, broadly interpreted, for 6 months, until 19 December 2011. In the event that you violate this prohibition using any account, you will be blocked from editing. The topic ban is under the provision of

I've been editing unconstructivly. Thank you for closing the discussion. AgadaUrbanit (talk) 20:49, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
You're welcome, and I'm sorry both that the discussion dragged on for more days than it ought to have, and that the result had to be that you were restricted. I hope that you will find some less contentious and heated topics to contribute to for the next few months, and that you will continue to want to edit Wikipedia in spite of this small restriction. Agada, AGK is a stand-up chap and your response to the topic ban shows that you're an equally stand-up fella with lots of class. Take it from me, use the time to take a breather. The temporary ban will make you a better editor and will be over in no time. Best regards--

Yes, well done for taking it on the chin.     ←   ZScarpia   19:28, 22 June 2011 (UTC)

Sorry to see all that

I didn't think you deserved a topic ban, espcially such a long one. I was trying to say at AE that I don't think your editing is especially problematic but I think sometimes you miss the little differences that would keep things on the right side of the fine line between acceptable and unacceptable editing. Sean put it this way when I complained about Cryptonio's incivility:

  • OLD: You eat too many donuts and are fat.
  • NEW: Your argument eats too many donuts and is fat.

I hope the time passes easily. Maybe the I/P conflict here will end while you're gone, we'll engrave the victors' names into the Monument to the Conquerors of Namespace and you can return to a tranquil editing environment. I'll look forward to having you back. --JGGardiner (talk) 20:18, 22 June 2011 (UTC)
