Non-free rationale for File:Numberphile Logo.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to

non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale
.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — JJMC89(T·C) 05:45, 27 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sengol when you already knew that there was an unresolved disagreement. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy
disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article

Talk:Sengol, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 13:58, 6 September 2023 (UTC)[reply

Hello ToBeFree. I was aware of the edit dispute and the reason I reverted the page was precisely *because* of said dispute. There were ~70 edits done on an article before it was unilateraly reverted to an old version without any discussions. Upon noticing this, and the disagreement in the Talk page, I reverted the article to the latest stable version that had the most contributors' work intact. I have no intention of either waging an edit war or being dragged into one. I thought it was appropriate that the version of the article left standing while a dispute is going on be the one that has the most hands on it.
