What I would suggest is that you read the page at

and then find all the sources you can that are both 1. reliable and 2. provide significant coverage -- that is, not just a bare mention of the company -- and list links to them here. I'll help you assess them to see if the company actually is notable. Not all companies are notable, and it's especially unlikely when the company is fairly new.

The likelihood that many people working at the company are notable is pretty small; unless there have been multiple articles covering a person in depth in a reliable source, they simply aren't notable for our purposes.
