You made comments to Giacomo that suggested you and he have a history. Then he came back with innuendo but no direct accusation. [1] So just how do you know so much about Giacomo? And just so we're clear on this, he's no pal of mine either - I've found him to be difficult.   • Giano is a fantastic writer. He is also not shy about speaking his mind. Wikipedaia maintains all the past history of things said, and it's easy to go back and read those discussions. Folks will draw conclusions from those things that were said in the past. Everyone .. and I mean EVERYONE makes mistakes. What we post on WP, once we hit that save button, is gonna be there forever. It's wrong to draw conclusions about someone over a bunch of text that was dumped in the heat of the moment. That whole AGF thing is such a wonderful concept. —

There is only one admin I trust. I don't trust arbcom. I am not editing with other accounts. My story is kind of unique and if I told it could harm myself and another person and I can't do that. This is just a web site. We don't need drama; if you need to make contact with that admin go straight ahead and we can try to work it out between you; that admin; arbcom and other miscellaneous involved people. In the end you probably will be able to edit - for god's sake you've already made some good articles! Just make the effort to do the "right" thing. Don't make it overly-difficult for yourself. --

Interesting article. I never heard of that bird before. The one thing that's puzzling is why it's called "invisible", which the article does not explain. It's certainly not invisible. Is it called that because it's flightless, dark-feathered, and presumably not seen frequently? DYK promoting

Just FYI, at standard practice at DYK is to avoid promoting to prep the same hooks that you reviewed and verified (i.e., what you did here). When there is no hurry to put a prep together and no shortage of verified hooks, it's better to select hooks verified by other reviewers, and let someone else promote the hooks that you verified; this provides an extra set of eyes to double-check your reviewing. In this case, even after your review both the hook and the article had problems, and someone might have caught them earlier if you hadn't promoted the hook yourself.

I am not trying to attack you here and there's no need to retire again over constructive criticism. See above. (I mean "see above", so don't look above.) Is there a proper abbreviation for "see above" and "see below"? - Our churches were nicely visited, in spite of the Holiday. Did you follow my little experiment to not have Bach cantata linked in the hook this time? If it's linked it gets 20% of the hits of the article, if not 10%. The reduction is even sharper considering that it gets half of those 10% on a normal day without exposure on the Main page. Plus it makes much more sense to read on an individual cantata if you know a bit on the background.
