Hi! I'm replying here to the email so that my response is public. What ultimately happened with the article is that it was written in a very casual tone that appeared to play up the benefits of using Studipal. It was enough to where it could be seen as a way to get people to use the service. This section in particular is what made it seem promotional:

Here's the reason of the decline: This article lacks certain sections that could expand the article. There's also some lack in a Neutral Point of View for the person. Initially, there is also some formatting or data that doesn't appear constructive.
