Hi, you can sign your comments automatically using four tildes ~~~~. If you work for the company, you are probably not the best person to write a neutral encyclopaedia article, but obviously that's up to you.

As you correctly say, you need to avoid infringing copyright, so you can't copy a web page or do a close paraphrase (just changing the odd word), you need to write the page in your own words, otherwise the bots will find any copying
Your article needs provide
independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that the group meets the notability guidelines

Translation
