Image:DESCENDANTS OF EADBALD OF KENT.svg

You had requested an family tree of EADBALD OF KENT at the graphics lab a while bac. We have one done.[1] Please come take a look. Thank you Sagredo⊙☿♀♁♂♃♄ 07:47, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you visited and it was not there. I was tired when I uploaded it, and the signbot place a signature right after the image name. So It did not show. I did not notice when I saved the page. This has now been fixed. And if you want more of these, please do put them up at the Graphics Lab. Please remember that few if any of the artists are professionals, most are there to improve their skills. Sometimes we need more than one try, but most people making requests are very satisified. Follow the dicussion of the images I've done, you'll see lots of remakes. Cheers!Sagredo⊙☿♀♁♂♃♄ 17:46, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Geobox mountain

To answer your question on WikiProject Mountains#4000 articles, I came across [2] today (data is from Oct 18, 2007). -- User:Docu

Meerkat Manor

Hi. Meerkat Manor is currently a candidate for Featured Article. As part of the feedback, User:Spawn Man recommended having a copy editor go over the article and recommended you as someone he's worked with before who does excellent work. Would you have time to give the article a going over to help give it the final tweaks it needs? Collectonian (talk) 15:53, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,

Could I invite you back to Wikipedia:Featured list candidates/Grade I listed buildings in Greater Manchester‎ where I believe the issues you raised have since been addressed. Kindest regards, -- Jza84 · (talk) 16:11, 17 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vampire is now featured!

I hereby award you the "(Poorly drawn) Vampire Barnstar", because as you may know, Vampire is now a Featured Article and I just wanted to thank you for your contributions to the article or its FAC in order to get this goal. You really helped! Spawn Man (talk) 12:04, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

G'day, any help or comments on Sirius much appreciated as I am working it up to FAC. cheers, Casliber (talk · contribs) 23:19, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Update. Sirius is at FAC and doing OK, though Marskell and I are discussing order of page with differing viewpoints. All input here (whatever outcome) to get consensus would be much appreciated. cheers, Casliber (talk · contribs) 03:16, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hieracium pilosella

So sorry to hear about Charlene! I hope you get her fixed soon. Anyway, I'm here to ask your opinion on

Hawkweed that acknowledges both genera. Have any sources handy? I've been trying to clean these articles up but I know next to nothing about the Asteraceae. Any help would be appreciated! Cheers, Rkitko (talk) 23:24, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply
]

First, I forgot to thank you for your input above. I'm sure I'll get around to fixing the articles above someday but don't know where to begin with the Asteraceae. Thought you might know offhand.

Anyway, thanks for this. I've known about those categories for quite some time but I don't prefer to use them for a couple reasons: 1) There's no demarcation listed on the category pages. Is Alabama really part of the Eastern US? Depends on where you live. People living in New Jersey consider Ohio to be part of the midwest, whereas when I lived in Washington state and talked about "going back east" people always assumed I meant east of the

WT:PLANTS not too long ago about that and what little consensus did arise was that unless a plant was growing in all states, it wasn't accurate to place it in those categories, though there was some hesitation to the resulting category soup that would develop if a plant was only growing in 49/50 states. It's a minor point, but a good distraction from what's currently going on at WT:PLANTS. Phew! Ah well, hope all is well with you. Cheers, Rkitko (talk) 04:03, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply

Featured sounds

I noticed that you have participated in Wikipedia:Featured sound candidates in the past. There are now two candidates and the project appears to be abandoned. If you could look at the candidates and vote it would be appreciated. Zginder (talk) (Contrib) 00:44, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OK one last request for a while... this flunked at FAC a few months ago and I scrubbed it up and got it through GAN soon after to keep a stable version etc. I've asked someone for a range map, but apart from that I am not sure what else to do with it before a crack at FAC. It is a bit thin compared with others I've run through but there really isn't much more I think I can add. Also, would you bother with some external links of things which are already linked in references? All input appreciated. These ones where there are few/no other editors active in a wikiproject can be tough...cheers, Casliber (talk · contribs) 10:43, 8 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I nominated it at FAC - a prelimiary second opinion as per the FAC nomination page would be helpful if you're not too tied up at present. (i.e. what is extraneous and what is good to keep). cheers, Casliber (talk · contribs) 22:56, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Foreign Relations of Canada

I have reverted your deletion of the flag icons on that template because you didn't say why you think this change is warranted. I like the flags and it is consistant with virtually all the other navboxes of this type, why should we change? Kevlar67 (talk) 03:47, 28 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If there is a consistant policy to remove the flags from the others of this type I will glady follow along, and will start removing them from some of the others. However, I think we should consult Wikipedia:WikiProject International relations first. Kevlar67 (talk) 19:28, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Favour?

Hey Circeus, it's been a while! I'm going on holiday for about a week and I was wondering if you could do me a bit of a favour. I just looked at the article Tsuga canadensis and discovered that some egregious changes had been made by every plant person's favourite editor (I'll let you guess). If you look at the history you'll notice that the said person removed English units, altered citations in what I see as an unhelpful way, and even made a second ecology section. I saw these changes as having a negative impact on the article. The first part of the favour would be to compare the current revision with the previous ones to see if you agree with me (and if not to make changes accordingly if you have time). The second part would be to ensure that my hard work in fixing it back up doesn't end up being reverted in my absence (assuming you feel my edits are helpful). So if you could add the article to your watch list and keep an eye on it, I would appreciate it very much. Thanks! DJLayton4 (talk) 17:37, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Circeus, if you have a minute, this page in French [3] is by a mycologist and I was wondering if there was any extra info to be gleaned about its usage in Europe which wasn't already in the Gyromitra esculenta article. English can be pretty lousy sometimes WRT fungi coverage....Casliber (talk · contribs) 03:57, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
