User talk:DarryLaz
Welcome
Hello DarryLaz and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your contributions, such as the ones to the page Furious 7, do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles.
If you still have questions, there is a new contributors' help page, or you can write {{helpme}}
below this message along with a question and someone will be along to answer it shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.
I hope you enjoy editing and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~
); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! Betty Logan (talk) 07:32, 4 June 2015 (UTC)

Fantastic Duo
Hello, I guess Fantastic Duo may be extended over a year, so there will be many contributions with a lot of characters/letters, and later this wiki page will be difficult to completely edit. That's why I want to reduce the number of characters used as small as possible. Your structure is not wrong, there was a time I used often, but since I knew there is another simplest structure to note something like {{efn|}}, I changed to use it. You can see at Template:Notelist, there are many ways to note, but I have chosen {{efn|}} of Notelist to make my goal. I used also {{small|}} instead of <small></small>. To anyone who read this, I have a question.
I'm a regular contributor to the page Running Man (TV series) and it's sister pages:
- List of Running Man episodes
- List of Running Man missions in 2010
- List of Running Man missions in 2011
- List of Running Man missions in 2012
- List of Running Man missions in 2014
- List of Running Man missions in 2015
- List of Running Man missions in 2016
However, these pages, most notably the Running Man missions pages, were often being vandalised by both registered and unregistered users (guest editors). I'm definitely against this vandalism act and I'm determined to stop it by applying indefinite edit lock protection, but it seems like my application is rejected, maybe because I made the wrong form. Can someone explain me how to apply for the protection properly? with understandable explanation? Thanks. Sorry for my not so good english. User: DarryLazDarryLaz (talk) 05:54, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- Pages that were "often" vandalized, could have simply either been solved by warning the user and then barring their access to it afterwards. Protecting something is usually only temporary, so if there's no current serious concerns with this, protection is not needed. SwisterTwister talk 06:09, 7 August 2016 (UTC)

How to add information that I'm still at school? Thanks. User: DarryLazDarryLaz (talk) 13:34, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
- You have already edited Wikipedia articles so the article about your school would be no different. I suggest you take some time to read WP:TEAHOUSE. As a housekeeping note, you should place new posts at the bottom of talk pages, not at the top. Mkdwtalk 16:41, 8 August 2016 (UTC)]

How to barring someone's access to edit a page? I've encountered a vandal who's vandalising several pages that i visited. If you think barring is not necessary, how to report a vandal in wikipedia? Thanks DarryLaz (talk) 10:16, 23 August 2016 (UTC)
- Before reverting vandals, please read WP:AIV -- AntiCompositeNumber (Leave a message) 10:47, 23 August 2016 (UTC)]
Replaceable fair use File:The cast of Running Man in 2011.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:The cast of Running Man in 2011.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Namoroka (talk) 15:25, 2 October 2016 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for October 7
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Running Man (TV series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Yamanashi (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
