Indenting

Hi David. In case you didn't know, you can indent your talk page comments, so that it is clearer whom you're trying to reply to. If you're replying to someone, you should indent your comment under theirs by using a colon ":" and each colon you add indents the comment a bit more. Timmeh 03:50, 3 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I can remember, I've never edited any election articles. David, how did you come to the conclusion that I and the other editors you contacted are "frequent editors" of such pages?--Father Goose (talk) 03:31, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm fine with anything, so long as nobody tries lopping the "alternative" (third party and independent) candidates into one section, or removing them entirely. FallenMorgan (talk) 02:35, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, David. About that CNN source, you would be able to just cite the video instead of the actual article, as long as the quote is said during the video. You might want to use
Template:Cite video. Timmeh 16:26, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply

Your signature

Hi Dave. I see a bot is marking all your talk page posts as unsigned. If you want to sign your posts with a certain formatting, you can just go into your preferences and edit what's in the signature box, and whenever you type ~~~~ after a post, if will automatically sign it for you. I'm sure you'd rather do that than manually type in a signature and have a bot following you everywhere with unsigned templates. Happy editing. Timmeh (review me) 21:37, 31 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

2012 Presidential Election

Why are you being a pain in the ass? Everyone knows Sanford and Jindal won't run. Why don't you just keep it the way it was and keep your mouth shut?--Jerzeykydd (talk) 17:01, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'm sorry if I offended you before. I just got pissed off because we have dealt with Sanford before. I see that you contacted many other wikipedia editors and told them about the current edit war. Well, I hope we solve this once and for all. I will be civil, but I hope that every editor is reasonable. The reason why Sanford and Jindal shouldn't be in the articles is not just because of my personal opinion, it's because the articles that speculate about them simply say that they were once a potential candidate or that they will not run. If a reliable sources made an argument that Sanford could run for president in 2012, than I would agree Sanford should be kept. However, the only thing the 2 sources say is that he was once a potential candidate. I think you would understand what I'm saying further if you go to the talk page and look at what I posted.--Jerzeykydd (talk) 03:04, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No worries, I understand. I gave my feedback on the page. --Diamond Dave (talk) 14:48, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

2012 Proposal

Hey. I was just curious to know if you're going to go along with your proposal in

I intended to, I have just been so busy. Plus, to get it started it will be a big project and I have procrastinating it a little. Also, wanted to make sure we had enough agreement before I proceeded. I will try to give it a go this weekend. --Diamond Dave (talk) 16:04, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
