Since you supported the addition of this feature previously, you might be interested in

Lots of drive-by tags are self-explanatory, but when an editor drops a POV tag at the top of a lengthy and complex article, especially one on a somewhat controversial subject, that editor owes others an insight as to why such a position is taken.
