There is a note below said 1982、1990、2000、2010 figures are from census. Yes, it's not an exact value, but an alive database may be better than an old dead link one.

Hello, and welcome to wikipedia, i am a new editor as you! I have noticed that you reverted my edit in Turkmenistan. I had added it's official name (Republic of Turkmenistan), you said this claim is unreferenced. Sorry for maybe bothering you, but could you elaborate further? In most cases, is it reffered as republic of. Best Regards and Welcome,

Greetings. The reason why I reverted your edits and removed the "republic of" part of the lede is because the Turkmen constitution never says about the official name of the country, nor the official government says the full country name. To say "republic of Turkmenistan" is like saying the "republic of Ukraine", when in reality the Ukrainian government never says about the full country name nor the constitution says about it.
