Page titles

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the

Anchoring the lead paragraph
Please do not add any more anchors to the lead paragraph in articles. I have removed the anchors because they are not helpful for Wikipedia, and I have commented at
