The tag shows that few or no article link to that one, not the other way around. I have put a sort key in , so that is twill show under S in categories and a link to the appropriate commissariat. Dear Rich, I took off an "orphan" tag in the biography. I hope you do not object to it. Several other articles or pages are now linked to it and I hope that this biography is no longer an "orphan". Sorry I deleted the tag without consulting with you, I am apologising to you for that. Similar biographies have even less articles to which they are linked.
