Palestine has a history of many thousands of years - if we had so many paragraphs for every few hundred years as you are suggesting, the whole article will become too long.
That's why we have the History of Palestine article.
Could you please reconsider?

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Hamas may have broken the syntax by modifying 3 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Nope - only have the one active account. Any idea how I can get rid of the redundant (inaccessible) Enquiringeric account? I hate having loose ends lying around, and there is always the risk of bad-faith accusations of "sock-puppeteering". Your help would be much appreciated. - Have you previously edited under any other accounts (whether inactive now, or IP)? Epeefleche (talk) 20:19, 31 December 2014 (UTC)
- I have only ever had two accounts as I explained to Brad Dyer, with similar names. I had problems (password and/or logging onto G-mail) with one of them, so I abandoned it. I now only use Erictheenquirer. I am sure that it can be verified that there is no overlap between the two in time. I asked Brad if he knew how to get rid of the redundant User:Enquiringeric, but it seems that he did not, so unfortunately this will continue to be the case in the future, and there appears to be nothing that I can do about it. Erictheenquirer (talk) 08:10, 1 January 2015 (UTC)]
- @Brad Dyer:Since this is the second time that I have received a question on this topic I have initiated greater efforts to try to get the old user-name erased - it appears that there are indeed means to do so. In the process I discovered that the past problem was not with my G-mail account, so I can only presume that I had Wiki password problems. I will keep this page informed of progress. Erictheenquirer (talk) 08:34, 1 January 2015 (UTC)]
- Thanks. Have you had any other accounts? Even if their names were not similar? Or they are not active (other than the one disclosed above; Enquiringeric)? Or have you edited otherwise as an IP? Happy new year. Epeefleche (talk) 21:30, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
- No, to all questions. As stated before, I only remember 2 accounts, and only one of those is in current use. Erictheenquirer (talk) 09:44, 2 January 2015 (UTC)
- @Brad Dyer:I have reported the additional account to Admin, and they have duly noted it. It seems that it is not necessary for me to seek cancellation of the earlier account, because the Wiki rule is not to USE more than one account. Simply HAVING more than one is not a violation. Done and dusted. Erictheenquirer (talk) 08:23, 6 January 2015 (UTC)]

Hello Eric. I saw that you suggested several additions on the talk page, and put them there for comment first. I made a comment on the inappropriateness of some of the material, but it appears that you have added it anyway. Could you review the talk page comments? Also, it appears that you have messed up some code somewhere on the page, as below a certain point it is all offset – could you fix this please? Thanks, Number 57 21:50, 21 December 2014 (UTC)

Amnesty report
Hi, You may want to read the last Amnesty report, especially the conclusion:
Direct attacks on civilians, the use of prohibited weapons that are inherently indiscriminate, such as unguided rockets, and indiscriminate attacks that kill or injure civilians are all war crimes. The use of imprecise mortars to attack military objectives located in or near residential areas also constitutes an indiscriminate attack. ... The cases detailed in this report form a consistent pattern with similar violations by Palestinian armed groups over more than a decade, including during the conflicts in 2008-
2009 and November 2012. They demonstrate what is, at best, a reckless disregard for the lives of civilians in Israel, as well as a consistent failure to take all feasible precautions to protect civilians in Gaza from the effects of attacks. In some cases, Palestinian armed groups deliberately targeted civilian population centres inside Israel with the intention of injuring and killing Israeli civilians. War crimes, and all crimes under international law, unequivocally attract the individual criminal responsibility of those who order or carry out such attacks. Palestinian officials who attempt to justify rocket attacks and other violations regularly point to violations by Israeli forces, whose attacks as part of Operation Protective Edge had a devastating effect on Gaza. However, violations by one party cannot justify violations by its opponents.
The last part works both ways of course - Palestinian's violations also do not justify whatever violations that Israel committed. Our job as editors is not to find justifications of illegal acts by the side we prefer but to document these alleged violations as they are reported and commented upon. “WarKosign” 07:53, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

- Since this thread is about the Razan al-Najjar article, I will post here. I appreciate the content, but I have one request: could you focus on including it more to the body of the article? As it stands, the lead has five paragraphs, two or three more than it really requires. It will need to be revised in the near future to be more precise. Again, thanks for the content; we just need to organize it to make a better article.TheGracefulSlick (talk) 18:45, 12 June 2018 (UTC)]

Per third ARBPIA bullet: "If an edit is reverted by another editor, its original author may not restore it within 24 hours of the first revert made to their edit." Meaning, you should have waited at least 24 hours after MY EDIT before reinserting your disputed content.
