Nationality

Hi. The nationality of people in Britain is often a heated issue at Wikipedia with some claiming everyone is British (the legal nationality) while others like to be specific (English, Scottish, Welsh or Irish). There is always a heated debate when it is raised in project-wide discussions, but I believe the current consensus is that a person is displayed as British unless they have made a clear distinction about their own viewpoint on nationality.
As the articles you were changing were all about Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, it is unlikely that they will have chosen to emphasise their specific nationality over their legal one.
