General sanctions alert

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in politics, ethnic relations, and conflicts involving Armenia, Azerbaijan, or both. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has authorised uninvolved administrators to impose contentious topics restrictions—such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks—on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, expected standards of behaviour, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

For additional information, please see the
guidance on these sanctions
. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

TTskukataun, you have been warned twice about the rules in effect in this topic area. You are not permitted to create articles or directly edit articles in this topic area. Please find another area to edit in until you have more than 500 edits. If you break the rule again, you'll be blocked or banned. Armenia/Azerbaijan general sanctions, specifically the extended-confirmed restriction. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 12:10, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply

Notice that you are now subject to a sanction

The following sanction has been imposed on you:

You have been blocked for 3 months

You have been sanctioned violating Armenia/Azerbaijan general sanctions, specifically the extended-confirmed restriction.

This sanction is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator as authorised by the community's decision at Wikipedia:General sanctions/Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the procedure described by the general sanctions guidelines. This sanction has been recorded in the log of sanctions for that topic. If the sanction includes a ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.

You may appeal this sanction at the

administrators' noticeboard. You may also appeal directly to me (on my talk page), before or instead of appealing to the noticeboard. Even if you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are also free to contact me on my talk page if anything of the above is unclear to you. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 04:10, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply

I in no way started hatred between Armenians and Azerbaijanis and would not in any case want to violate the rules of Wikipedia. I only create historical sites about the heroes of Armenia and brilliant moments from its history and therefore I would like you to unblock my account Hay kamavor (talk) 19:15, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can you review your recent edits and explain which ones were inappropriate, and why? I'm concerned that a lack of understanding will lead to the violations continuing, which is why I think a block is necessary. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 19:46, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
one of my first works relates to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict because I simply had no ideas, I was interested in historical events of my country and created wiki sites also because they were also created in other languages. In my latest works you can see that I also started to make historical figures of Armenia such as Bablabek Martirosian,Ivan Abamelik also battle of Rhandeia, which is definitely not the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. Hay kamavor (talk) 02:08, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Some of your first works were related to the conflict, and you were warned that you are not permitted to make those edits/articles. You continued, and you were blocked for a month. Since the block, you continued to edit/create those articles. Why? Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 03:32, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
after I was unblocked, I made an site with Taron Andreasyan, who had nothing to do with Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, many Armenians honor him as a hero and I thought that I could make an edit with him, I made this site, I repeat also because there were site in Armenian Hay kamavor (talk) 03:54, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I am unwilling to unblock at this time. If you'd like to appeal, the instructions are in the block notice. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 04:05, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
