Request reason:

Ameri100 is a Global Tech Management public company listed on the OTC market. We have been trying to create a page for the same on Wikipedia with no purpose of advertisement or promotion, but with a simple informative purpose to the web world. However, the same is being deleted time and again for no reason. Our website url is www.ameri100.com. You can also check our recent press release at http://www.onlineprnews.com/news/667485-1456342700-ameri100-partners-with-blue-prism-to-offer-customers-robotic-process-automation-rpa-services.html and our SEC filings at http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/890821/000107997415000814/ameri8k930q.htm along with our presence in the OTCQB market at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AMRH/quote. Please allow us to create Ameri100's page ASAP.

Decline reason:

There are a few reasons for my decline:

  1. The username is promotional and would need to be changed. You did not request a new username when asking for an unblock, so this alone would cause the unblock request to be declined.
  2. The page was indeed promotional and contained some fairly promotional material like "enable a transition management process that yields results and creates across-the-board growth for its clients". Wikipedia is not a place to promote a business.
  3. It's possible that you didn't realize that the page was promotional, but this is part of the reason why editing with a conflict of interest is highly discouraged - it's very difficult for COI editors to realize that they're writing in a promotional manner.
  4. The company doesn't appear to pass
    WP:PRIMARY
    sources. Primary sources cannot establish notability regardless of what they state.
You can seek another unblock, but if you are unblocked you would have to agree to the following:
  1. Change your username.
  2. Only try to create an article for the company at
    WP:AfC
    , the articles for creation process. I admit, I don't think that it'd pass notability guidelines but you could still try to create it via AfC. Again, I really have serious doubts that the company would pass NCORP.
  3. You cannot make any edits about your company in the mainspace (live edits).
