New Zealand Flora articles
Hi Kiwibibble, While patrolling new NZ articles, I have noticed a lot of the articles you have been creating. I think that it is hazardous to create new articles from a reference in which they get only a passing mention ([1]). Examples: Ctenopteris looks nothing like a typical genus article. Giving a particular habitat example of a single species may mislead the reader to think the entire genus is endemic to New Zealand, when it is worldwide and very diverse (e.g. both ground ferns and epiphytes). Also, your original version of Myrsine australis painted a very different picture to that gained from a brief survey via google. dramatic (talk) 02:41, 4 June 2009 (UTC)

Nomination of Spenser Ecological District for deletion
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Spenser Ecological District is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Spenser Ecological District until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. -- Alan Liefting (talk - contribs) 22:43, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
