Hello! Thanks so much for your article on Elizabeth Mary Wells - it is currently nominated to feature on Wikipedia's front page for Christmas. It was nominated by editor Kingsif, who spotted your good work! To help us progress the nomination, it would be really helpful if you could reply with which of the Church Missionary Society sources contribute to her notability? There's also a couple of "tidying up" tasks I've done on the article:

• I created an item for her on Wikidata (the database behind Wikimedia) and connected her page to it -
• I added a short description
• I added some categories, which adds her biography to a variety of lists. There are quite a few more that could be added too.
• Biographical pages work best, when they are also mentioned in lots of other pages across Wikipedia. I've added Wells to London School of Medicine for Women and to the page for Clare, Suffolk - but there are lots more places to add references to her e.g. any page you've bluelinked in the article already

Hi, I added a reply on the article's talk page, but I'm not totally sure I did it correctly, so I will put my reply here as well. ---- I am the student who wrote this article and I just wanted to clarify a few things. First, the assignment was already due, so feel free to many any edits you think would be necessary (I can also try to help fix them myself). For some source clarification, I just wanted to explain which sources I think contribute to Dr. Hooper's notability. The Church Missionary Society source entitled "The Mission Hospital" (source #4) is a source written by Mrs. Bacon (M.B., CH.B). An entry in the course is an "In Memoriam" dedicated to Mrs. Hooper and her work. The entry outlines her opportunities as a student, her impressive work at Jilore and Kahuhia, and her impact at Kennaway Hall. Another CMS source "Mercy and Truth" from 1913 again notes the very promising work being done at the Kahuhia hospital by Dr. Hooper as well as outlines all the details of the station and the cases treated there. Another CMS source from the same series of "Mercy and Truth" from 1912 talks about the wide influence that Dr. Hooper's work and hospital were able to have through the amount of people treated and distances reached. The other Mercy and Truth links have similar descriptions. I'm not sure if these details help or not, but I thought they would be good to mention. Thanks!
