It would be most helpful if you could hint at the nature of your edit in a few words, such as "revert", "add", "correct", etc. Here is the standard edit summary boilerplate:

I should inform you that someone has changed the article The White Shadow to The Black Shadow. Having watched the show myself back in the late '70s and early '80s, I know that's not true.
