The page entitled
articles for deletion process and FAILED. This means that the article is subject to immediate speedy deletion with no recourse and it is mandatory for administrators to delete it. The only chance to have this page recreated is to take it through the
WP:Deletion review process, and in order for it to pass that process something unusual must have happened to add material to the article that was not present before that adds notability. Frankly, I don't see any chance that this page will be recreated under any current circumstances. If you have any questions about Wikipedia policy, you can leave a note on my talk page.

The page
section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it was a
non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise failed some part of the
non-free content criteria . If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the
fair use guidelines , you can re-upload it, but you must ensure you place the correct tag on it. If no such tag exists, please add the
{{ Non-free fair use }} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with
