Reverting vandalism is fine (although you should also do some content improvement) but you need to read up on what you can and can't do. Have a read of
WP:RVAN and User:Arnon Chaffin/Anti-Vandalism Center but one of the things that you can't do is place or remove block notices from other users talk pages. So I've undone your edit on User talk:Bagelboy88 - you could have placed the next level warning (level 2 in this case) but you can't tell them they are blocked.
