Invitation to take part in a study
I am a Wikipedian, who is studying the phenomenon on Wikipedia. I need your help to conduct my research on about understanding "Motivation of Wikipedia contributors." I would like to invite you to Main Study. Please give me your valuable time, which estimates about 20 minutes. I chose you as a English Wikipedia user who made edits recently through the RecentChange page. Refer to the first page in the online survey form for more information on the study and me.cooldenny (talk) 01:20, 24 April 2011 (UTC)

- That looks like a good start, but I think it can be expanded significantly. I have full access to a lot of the books and articles written on the history of this region. I'll help you out soon. Machinarium (talk) 20:37, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
Copy and paste moves
Hi, and thank you for
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the
- Sorry about that. I accidently mistyped the title when moving. I'll be more careful in the future. Mash Talk 22:26, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
Your opinion (and help?)?
Could you look at this and tell me what you think? (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Yalens#Khazars_and_Jews._Sources). On the one hand, I feel like its not that important an issue. On the other hand, I would much rather see Chechen, reliable (in my opinion, not his though, even though one derives from published sources and the other was a public official) sources prevail over largely sourceless opinions... --

Rex_Germanus
Rex_Germanus! I know that it is you. I already recognized you a few months ago. You are not allowed to edit Germany-related articles but you put a citation flag to Old High German in the Charlemagne article. You would love to see your Old Low FRanconian also known as Old Dutch wouldn't you? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.86.176.180 (talk) 15:38, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- 1) who are you?
- 2) who or what is Rex Germanus? Machinarium (talk) 16:21, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- I see, a user who edited before I edited wikipedia, banned for being generally uncivil. I am not him. But I see where you're coming from since he edited Dutch-German related articles. But I began editing totally different topics, whereas he seems to have edited exclusively Dutch related articles. He also seems to have held warped views that I have never agreed with. If you're not convinced you can log into your account and ask for an investigation. I have lived and edited from a single location for years and I can prove that if necessary.
