Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as

section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion
, the page has been nominated for deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi! I saw a message on the top of your talk page saying that you're not a new member. However I just wanted to point to you, that your RFA, is way

Too soon as you have only made 13 edits with this account. I am not discouraging you, but A request for adminship requires years of work and at least a few thousand manual edits, Adminship is the highest user right here on Wikipedia and it is only given to trusted editors with years of experience, User:Oshwah
has been editing Wikipedia for over 12 years and has only been an admin for only 2.5 of them, this may seem like a long time, but it's actually not, and the community will eventually nominate you after years of hard work. I am not trying to push you away or anything here, even I can't run for adminship right now, I am still not experienced enough yet. But I promise you, one day the day will come, and you will be given the mop. I love that you are very enthusiastic here and that you want to help out Wikipedia! I would like to leave some pointers with you today,

  • Being an admin has not a lot of difference of being a regular user, they are literally given a few extra buttons, and they are not regarded as "Special People"
  • This message is not meant to discourage you from editing or running for an admin in the future
  • This is not a reflect on your personally or on the way you edit
  • We look forward to seeing you running for adminship in the near future
  • Even admins are still learning new things each day!

There's also a cool place

Called The Wikipedia Adventure
where you can learn all about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. :) I fully believe in you and that you can be an admin very soon, I can see it, and I promise that you can do it. It may seem impossible, but it's not. I hope you have fun editing here on Wikipedia, and I look forward to seeing your nomination in the near future. Happy Editing and Good Luck! --

Information icon Hello and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as for your RfA, please be sure to sign your posts. As you may know, there are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Cheers! –MJLTalk 04:18, 7 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Modernmotem during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. DannyS712 (talk) 07:28, 8 March 2019 (UTC)[reply
