Hello. I am new. This was absolutely not intended to be promotional. It is an activity engaged in by fans, inspired by participation in fandom and there is even an NPR article about it. How about if I remove the mention of Adagio? It's mentioned by NPR, but it's not the relevant part of the activity (that's just where it generally happens). Also, if relevant, although I drink fandom tea (and think it an interesting and unique expression of fandom participation) , I do not create it myself. I'm also thinking this could be part of the existing 'Applied Arts' section - renamed to 'Applied arts: Costume construction, tea blending.'
In fandom-inspired
tea blends, creators craft unique combinations of teas, herbs, nuts, fruits, and/or spices to produce a blend that tipifies a character from TV, film, or comic books or exemplifies their nature, or an aspect of it. Fan art is typically involved in the form of a custom designed label. NPR reports this started in 2012, "when comic artis Cara McGee decided to blend some Sherlock teas on a whim." There are now "more than a thousand user-created 'fandom teas'" available. [1]

Humboldt Park Reversion

Hello, morphovariant. I did not make a mistake on the page nor was I attempting to experiment on Wikipedia using the page. I included the information about gentrifiers of an overwhelming White and middle/upper-middle class majority entering the neighborhood because it simply is fact: virtually and statistically (it's already in the article). In past discussion it seems that you've argued that Wikipedia pages can't be used as "soapboxes" or "advertisements", however this page in its descriptions of the neighborhood read as an advertisement created by real estate agencies to attract newcomers. Calling the housing stock "eclectic" for example is something not based in fact at all, but in opinion, and this language is used to sell. Recent conversation on Humboldt Park named 10th hottest neighborhood in the nation by Redfin (as mentioned in the article) is directly related to this, and explaining the reasoning for this is the editing I've been doing to the article. In one instance, I used a previously cited source already in the article that explained that more affluent residents criminalize the previous residents through gentrification, yet later that explanation was erased and replaced by a list of "benefits" of gentrification that ignore the history the page attempts to detail. If Wikipedia wants to become a soapbox for real estate investors and agents, then it can, but if not, then the page needs to change.

Examples of advertising language already on page:

Consistent price increases in neighboring Wicker Park and Logan Square have caused home buyers to settle in nearby Humboldt Park, where prices are lower and space is more abundant than in the more expensive areas nearby. Humboldt Park has a wide variety of historic homes as well as new construction homes with green features, all creating an eclectic mix of housing options for those looking to buy. Humboldt Park was named as the "hottest" neighborhood in Chicago (in terms of real estate activity, improvement and value) and the 10th "hottest" neighborhood in the Nation by Redfin.com. As of January 2014 Redfin recorded a 168 percent jump in pageviews for Humboldt Park, which had a (vastly increased) median home sale price of $189,450.

The area is home to many social service institutions, a burgeoning scene of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops as well as two sixty feet Puerto Rican flags on Division Street which mark the history of the area especially from the 1970s to the mid 1990s.
