Your brother can appeal on his user talk. You can't appeal for him. Even if he's truly your brother and a different individual, it changes nothing about the fact of your own block evasion. huh? How am I gaming anything? I had a note on my user page… i get bored and will mess around on my user sandbox sometimes. I dont get how that matters for extended confirmed because that’s 500 edits and i’ve made more than 1000. I also dont get what about my bahvior is similar to those people. i do use a vpn on my computer most of the time that i set to a city in virginia.
