Just wanted to give you a heads-up.[1] One way to prevent this in the future, is to code AWB such that it looks for occurrences of "Academy" in a proper name (such as one used by an organization), and ignores subsequent uses. Dear editor, thank you for taking the time to review this article. This is my first submission, and I believe apparent COI applies in this case, I am not a paid contributor and wasn't commissioned to write the article. I noticed that there is dearth of information about distinguished, Tamil classical musicians of the past, and wanted to change that, one article at a time. I'd be happy to include / exclude any section that seems biased (or add a disclaimer). :) I don't know the subject personally - He existed before my time - But after extensive research, I've become a fan of his work. All information contained in the article is supported by independent sources online, and has been paraphrased / translated from information made public during the recent events organised by the AR Rahman foundation, his colleagues and family. There isn't a lot of information on Wikipedia about Tamil carnatic musicians from the pre-Internet era, despite their music being available on all major platforms, so I believe this article would be a valuable contribution to the human knowledge base. When you get a chance, please let me know how we can proceed, thank you :)

Glad that it is getting disambiguated from just Major, but several countries including the United States have specific articles about the rank in their country. So Major could be dabbed to Major (United States). See Major (rank) for the list.Naraht (talk) 16:21, 29 October 2023 (UTC)
