Hi, this is an automated reminder as part of

10,000 challenge

Salut, P199. I appreciate the multiple thank yous. You've been hard at work on Canadian community articles that are contributing to the challenge. Well done.

I am probably done for a while. Getting articles going for all those designated places in NB and ON previously without articles has been a slog.

I have QC remaining in the sweep of Canada. May not get to them until after the next census, but I have a list if you wanted to tackle. I could give you the wikicode for all their census results as well if interested. Cheers, Hwy43 (talk) 23:20, 12 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Hwy43: Much appreciated all your tireless efforts in contributing and updating the Canadian communities. Yes, sure, you can send me the data, but it will likely be a slow process (my rate of creating new articles is very low because I like to write a full article that requires more research). Regards, -- P 1 9 9   14:55, 13 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
So I was wrong. I wasn't done. I have created the following 41 articles for these designated places in Quebec.
Anything you could do to flesh these out further would be greatly appreciated. Hwy43 (talk) 06:13, 19 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Missinaibi Lake

On 13 February 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Missinaibi Lake, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that there are more than 100 rock paintings of Aboriginal pictographs on a cliff face in Missinaibi Lake? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Missinaibi Lake. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Missinaibi Lake), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
