Absolutely. I'm adding the Unique Ingredient Identifier (UNII) codes used by the FDA/NIH/USP to reference substances. I'm also adding a link to the UNII list site. Many of them had already been added last year, but there are a large portion that hadn't yet been addressed. I'm adding all remaining UNIIs that link to INN-named substances, and are displayed on the FDA public list.Peryeat (talk) 00:29, 1 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You are extremely right. I was not aware of that rule until about an hour ago. It's completely my fault, and I assume full responsibility. It just seemed logical, as the task was so simple, and doing it by hand became monotonous. The only problem is, I still have the script running on a computer that I don't have current access to, so I can't terminate it. It will stop very soon (there are not many left to be updated). Yes, don't worry about it, as long as the data is correct there isn't a huge problem. For very obvious tasks like this one you don't really need approval, but you might consider getting it - bot edits are specially flagged to avoid flooding the recent changes list and it can be helpful to run bot edits on a separate account. You should definitely be leaving an explaination of the edit, and that it is an automated edit as the
