This kind of auto-promotional editing is totally unacceptable. You should no longer directly edit any articles with which you have a conflict of interest as this shows you have, http://handembroidery.com/meet-the-team/ and go throught

procedure. You must disclose your links on either your talk page or the different talk pages of the articles or preferably both.
