thanks for your review.
I wanna to illustrate that
"Ryutaro Tsuchida"
is a Japanese chemist that originally proposed the idea of Valence shell electron pair repulsion (VSEPR) theory, which was important for modern molecular structure determination.
I have added another reference from Chemical Society of Japan,“龍太郎, 槌田 (1939). "新簡易原子價論". 日本化學會誌. 60 (3): 245–256.”
so I think the item
"Ryutaro Tsuchida"
may deserves for a wikipedia article.
I'm looking forward to another review from you. Scfslyzkf (talk) 12:20, 13 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

happy to hear you reply.
although Japanese Wikipedia have no item about "Ryutaro Tsuchida(槌田·龍太郎)", but there are two items 槌田敦 and 槌田劭 have mentioned their father "Ryutaro Tsuchida(槌田·龍太郎)", who was a famous chemist at Osaka University.
I have added another 3 references. I think the significance of "Ryutaro Tsuchida(槌田·龍太郎)" is not a problem.

There are four another references I have added already.
Does this review take these references into consideration?
It seems that the reasons that decline my submission is the same as last time!
and even the chemist's name Ryutaro Tsuchida(槌田·龍太郎)" haven't appeared in these opinion. Scfslyzkf (talk) 17:45, 13 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
