Unsolicited and unhelpful amendments

Greetings, Scott.

Your numerous amendments have been noticeable and not all of it has been especially helpful (especially when you add erroneous figures under suspected cases). In particular, you have removed the “explainers” that were added to better articulate the proper state of the COVID-19 pandemic in Jamaica. For instance, the health ministry counts “coincidental deaths” and “deaths under investigation” separately from deaths caused by the virus; and, eliminates repatriated patients from its active cases total. Considering that neither the infobox nor the medical cases templates allowed for these incidents, these explainers were done - in subscript and in footnotes - in the to provide those details. Without explanation nor consultation, you have removed them. I pray ask that you not do so again.
