Hi

The list of languages on your user profile is impressive, and put mine to shame. English is my first language, followed by a bit a German, quite a bit of Spanish, and some American sign language. I'm not fully fluent in German or sign language, and I occasionally have some trouble with my Spanish, plus those are languages that a lot of people know, you've got some really neat ones on your list! I also think being able to speak an un-written language is beyond awesome. On a different topic (this may be weird, because it's probably a total coincidence) my friend Kindell (her nickname's Kin) goes by Drawing ink because it is an anagram for her name, and she loves art, is your username an anagram? Sorry, they just reminded me of each other, that was probably stupid.(BluJay (talk) 02:24, 19 March 2015 (UTC))[reply]

@BluJay: Thanks. Languages are fun. It is also a mixed blessing for editors, in the sense that you if know know many of them, you likely don't know each equally well. You're right on. Mine's an anagram too, and yes I do love the fine arts. Small world, eh? scribble · ink chat\contrib 02:49, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Scribbleink yeah, languages can be fun, and helpful, I plan to use my Spanish skills to teach English in Spain someday! It's really neat that your name is an anagram, I was worried it wouldn't be and that last coupled of sentences would make no sense. My name's not an anagram Jay is just my middle name, so I often pair it with things for usernames and the like.(BluJay (talk) 12:37, 20 March 2015 (UTC))[reply]
@BluJay: Great. Welcome to Wikipedia! Enjoy your stay. I'm still in the adoption process for being a fully fledged editor, but feel free to ask me any questions or help if you need, and I'll try to do the best I can. ~ scribble · ink chat\contrib 16:39, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks Scribbleink! I'm sorry for all the typos, my kindle tends to change words after I type them, and sometimes I don't notice it. I need to learn how to turn off the autocorrect program. Happy editing!(BluJay (talk) 00:58, 21 March 2015 (UTC))[reply]

Hi, can you please expand this article? Because I want to take it to GA status. --Yashthepunisher (talk) 14:10, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Yashthepunisher: Sure, I can take a look. My approach to an expansion is to gather as many references as possible initially. Is there any information that isn't in the article that you believe should be included? ← scribbleink ᗧHᗣT 19:44, 26 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I have added as much information as I can, but an experienced editor suggested me that the lead is short and it requires a little bit of copy editing. I don't think there is any info missing that should be included, but I request you to please help in expanding the lead, her early life and "In the media" section as much its possible for you. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

Hi. The

Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! • Overall winner
    • 1st - $500
    • 2nd - $200
    • 3rd - $100
  • Diversity winner - $100
  • Gender-gap filler - $100
  • Language Winners - up to $100*

We are very excited about what has been achieved so far, but your contributions are still needed to further exceed all expectations! Let’s create more articles before the end of this contest, which is this November!!!
