Hello. Your recent edit to Rockville, Maryland appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Sean, everyone comes to Wikipeda with some amount of misconception about how it works. There is a message on my talk page from another editor that you should read. Wikipeda is peer reviewed and is managed bottom up, not top down. In most cases, administrators are just another editor. The only power an admin has that you or I lack are certain technical rights to carry out the community's wishes regarding performing restrictions such as blocking individual editors or protecting individual articles. Content is decided on consensus. If another editor objects to your change, they will revert your edit and then discussion ensues as to what to include, if anything. See
