You have been doing a fair amount of editing and seem to have a keen eye for improving the language and readability of articles. I also note that you have been adjusting the paragraph structure in some articles. You should be aware that there is a norm around here that short paragraphs are generally not favored. This is not a rule, but is used as a criterion for good articles. Here are a couple of references suggesting that we should avoid overly short (and overly long) paragraphs: [1], [2] Note that the lead is usually a summary of the whole article. The best leads will thus try to stitch together the main ideas of the article in 3-5 paragraphs. I've reverted a few recent paragraph changes by you and trust that will be o.k. Happy editing! As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic.
