Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to List of headphone manufacturers appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. Hmmmm, well, I'm native of Maharashtra and born in Thane. This is what I got to hear from the locals and my family when I asked why is it named Thane. I have heard this and don't have any written record record that I know of, that's my bad, I accept, but the city having Two Military Establishments since Colonial times shall not be a coincidence, anyways, first get to know about a place from the locals if you want to edit it. Don't give some information like स्थान and all, it really feels weird given the "NAME" of the city itself EXPRESS its name. "ठाणे" in "मराठी" and "थाना" in "हिंन्दी" means "police station" in English. And your claim of the city is named on the basis of word Sthana(स्थान) is not even sensible. Sorry if I have hurted you but please don't put some irrelevant meanings ESPECIALLY when the "NAME OF THE CITY" explains its "MEANING" SpiritVonAdam (talk) 11:13, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Oh really sorry, I got too heated, sorry there SpiritVonAdam (talk) 11:15, 28 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I found a serious error in a major Wikipedia page

I found that this article is fully biased. Bal Gangadhar Tilak was a Social Reformer and Political Leader in Maharashtra Province of India. He worked towards Social Reforms such as Education of Girl childs. He educated his girl child when nobody in society used to do. He also worked for Unity of People of India, especially Hindus, who were divided on the basis of Castes. He organised the Festival of Ganeshotsav and denounced Untouchability. In the Article I read just now. It's all Biased, if you want to know about his life. Watch the film, Lokmanya Tilak : Ek Yugpurush SpiritVonAdam (talk) 15:02, 19 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
