Status and Advice

As reviewing administrator, I decided to rewrite instead of delete, as the subject seems notable & the rewriting was fairly easy. Please do not reinsert the material I deleted. An article here needs to be written like an encyclopedia article, not a press release--don't praise the subject, say what he did.
