Geology of Kimberley (Western Australia)

Hello, Timothy, and thank you very much for writing the article

Post-publication peer review
in action!

Since you are an academic, you might want to submit the article for publication in the Wikiversity:WikiJournal of Science, which is free and gives you a publication credit; your choice. You might also like Help:Wikipedia editing for researchers, scholars, and academics, though clearly you've figured out most of it already. HLHJ (talk) 02:25, 17 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello again, Timothy. I had some questions about the images in the article. You've credited the images in the captions. We usually don't do that on Wikipedia, because if you click on the image you see the credits. Also, an image can be used on several Wikipedias in several different languages. If the credits are in the image file, they can be seen from any Wikipedia.

Some of your image files, like Commons:File:Geomap edited1.png and Commons:File:Kimberley EMBM1.png, are credited in the article but not on the image-file page. Do you have time to fix? If not I will ask someone on Commons.

There is also an image credited in the article as:

Simplified time and space plot showing major tectonostratigraphic units of the three zones. (modified after Lindsay et al., 2016)

But if I click on the image, it says "Simplified time and space plot showing major tectonostratigraphic units of the three zones. (modified after Johnson, 2013)".

I've also made some requests for clarification in the article; if you have time to lok at any of them, I'd very much appreciate it. Thank you again for your contributions! HLHJ (talk) 16:55, 23 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
