- Hey again. In response to your comments on the talk page of Trabancos, in order to talk directly to someone, just click on their signature, which takes you to their user page, then click discussion on the top of the screen, which takes you to their talk page (every user has one). This gives them the "you have new messages" alert the next time they log on. Of course comments directly related to the article are fine on the talk page, I was just responding to your note that you didn't know where to go to talk:-).
- Let me tell you a bit about piping links so you understand how to deal with them. Everything that has an article on Wikipedia can be made into an internal wikilink by enclosing in two brackets (I know you know that, but I have to start somewhere). By placing a pipe after the link text (|) and placing text on the other side, you can make any text be linked; the text before tells the software where to go, the text after tells the software what to display. So, for instance, when you changed [[Alphonso II|Alphonse II]] to [[Alphonse II|Alphonse II]], you broke the link because the article being linked to is called Alphonso II and the article was already displaying the anglified king's name because that's what was on the right hand side of the pipe.
- Some other link stuff you might want to know since you will be doing translating, I take it, a lot: To link to a foreign language Wikipedia, use a colon, then the two letter other language designator (for Spanish es) then another colon, then the article's name like this: [[:es:Trabancos]]. The reason you need the first colon is that without it, it won't display anything; instead it will tell the software the foreign language article for the article you type that link into, is at that address. You know the sidebar in articles which says all the other languages the article is in? That's how those are made. If you want a link to display as normal for a foreign language article link, then you would just pipe it like this: [[:es:Trabancos|Trabancos]]. Note that the way I am writing those link codes out, without them becoming links, is by placing tags around the code telling the software not to recognize the code--><nowiki></nowiki>.
- Some other notes. I noticed your use of HTML tags for boldface and italics. To italicize you put two apostrophes on either side of the text. For boldface, three, and for boldfaced italics, five. To set off text by indenting (as this message is), use a colon before it. For more indentation, more colons. You might take a once through of the Wikipedia:Tutorial for more.--Fuhghettaboutit 22:40, 21 May 2006 (UTC)]

You said: De nada! Anticipo trabajar con Vds. en el futuro con mucha ilusión (tiene sentido, esto?!)
I said, yes, tiene sentido, isn't perfect but it had meaning, I understand perfectly. What horrible is my reponse (Salvatore, a fictional character of The Name of the Rose, by Umberto Eco said: I don't know nothing; I say the same) ;-) --Locutus Borg File:Logo-Borg.gif, Talk to me 16:01, 22 May 2006 (UTC)

Deaf-mute
MANY THANKS for your comments on Talk:The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter! I was beginning to feel very alone on this issue. If you can drum up some more support that would be great. Again, thanks for lending your voice. Ward3001 22:38, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
I'm again asking those who commented against using "deaf-mute" to once again help me out. There is a persistent user who has repeatedly reverted "deaf" to "deaf-mute", and has again reverted (and probably will do so again until this issue is mediated [in process] or arbitrated). So far I'm the only one who has reverted it back to "deaf". If others could please put
I'm not sure if adding someone to the mediation form is acceptable at this point or not. In any event, I may need support if/when it goes to formal arbitration; I'll certainly let you know. I'm hoping this will become a moot point and that 24.0.97.119 will finally get the message. I'm beginning to think he/she is trying to save face, or perhaps he/she is just incredibly stubborn. Thanks for all your help. Keep an eye on the The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter. I deeply appreciate your many efforts in this important matter. Warmest regards. Ward3001 01:32, 6 March 2007 (UTC)
Note regarding mediation
24.0.97.119 ignored the mediation request (neither agreeing nor disagreeing), yet continues to revert "deaf" to "deaf-mute". Please continue to monitor The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter. If this continues, I will ask everyone's opinion about seeking formal arbitration from Wikipedia. Arbitration results in a binding decision. Thanks. Ward3001 00:39, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
