ArbCom 2017 election voter message
Hello, Undomelin. Voting in the
2017 Arbitration Committee elections
is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The

describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
re: Puzzled at the notability template you added on SHOUTcast
I agree this is likely a notable piece of software. But the notability template does not say 'this is not notable' (which would be an argument for AfD). It is saying "The topic of this article may not meet Wikipedia's general notability guideline. Please help to establish notability by citing reliable secondary sources that are independent of the topic and provide significant coverage of it beyond a mere trivial mention." With the stress on the second sentence, this template can be used to indicate articles which are simply not developed enough to make it clear the subject is notable. I am not proposing this for deletion, as it would be a waste of time, I just used this template to indicate that as written this article doesn't show the readers why this topic is notable.
