Just in case you stopped checking for responses to your question at Feedback

Thanks for adding nicely written material and especially, references to support the material. Much improved.

However, you were looking for feedback. The layout is now unbalanced. A good layout includes an opening lead, size dependent on the length of the entire article. In this case, a two paragraph lead might be about right. This one has more in the lead than in the remaining sections.
Would it make sense to add a section break after the second paragraph, and call it "History"? I've only skimmed the article, so I don't want to make the change myself, but take a look at
