If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you.--VVikingTalkEdits 14:14, 11 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Deor can you see the following link is our website link: please feel free to check our content from our website and it is been referred from our college website. You can see

http://www.ilfordrecorder.co.uk/news/mont-rose-college-opens-new-campus-in-ilford-1-5000574

And the college website has very clearly along the bottom line this text "Copyright © 2006 - 2017 Mont Rose College, London. All rights reserved." - that is the issue. It is copyright content and cannot be reproduced verbatim or even by close paraphrasing. For the record, the text you are trying to add would not, in any case survive as it is highly promotional, vastly over the top in terms of balance of content in the article and , in almost its entirely, it is not encyclopaedic. I assume that you have a PR role for the College, but please be assured that Wikipedia is not a place for PR spin and hyperbole.  Velella  Velella Talk   16:51, 11 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest/paid editing

Please disclose your connection with Mont Rose College of Management and Sciences. You can reply just below this notice. Thanks.

articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:WilliamJoshua. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=WilliamJoshua|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. Jytdog (talk) 18:49, 6 October 2017 (UTC)[reply

Hi I am working with this organisation on their text content every where and in that it comes wiki too. — Preceding unsigned comment added by WilliamJoshua (talkcontribs) 09:58, 9 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for replying! As noted above, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation. Please do so - you can just reply here and state that in words - I can put that in the template for you. After you complete the disclosure requirement then please let me get you oriented as to how COI is managed here in Wikipedia, and then about the policies and guidelines that govern editing generally. (Your editing has persistently violated all of our content policies and you have violated several of our behavioral policies as well)
If you continue to edit before we are done working through these things, I have little doubt that you will be indefinitely blocked swiftly. You can turn this around, or not. Your decision.
And it appears that you have been editing without logging in. If so, stop doing that - it is a form of sockpuppeting and you were just recently blocked for that. Jytdog (talk) 16:17, 9 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
