I think there is a {{checkuser needed}} to say "no concerns from my side" here, or a more specific request that explains why editing was possible before, and under which address it is blocked now. Visiting the English Wikipedia was not blocked from China until May 2019. After that I had to visited Wikipedia and edited articles via my proxy, but I did not notice anything problematic at that time, until the proxy was finally blocked by IP range around January 2020. --Wind2323 (talk) 01:38, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
