Great work. So you are working through issues of organization on Wikipedia, which is great. This is where you ask: what is the goal of this page? If you are on Wikipedia looking for quick information, would it be where you expect it to be? So, would expanding a section be a tangent or would it be imperative to your understanding of this group? This is where linking to other pages is helpful. If they are involved in a war (etc), you have to determine how much information belongs on the page about the group (focused on the group) and a page about the war (focused on the war). There can be some overlap, but make sure what you add is what is needed.

Similarly, you have to distinguish between the goals of Kickapoo people or other similar pages Kickapoo.
